The Arctic Heat Cooling Neck Tie is easy and convenient to carry around and use in any situation. It can be wrapped around the neck or used as a headband creating a soothing cooling effect in any activity or situation. The cooling part of the tube is 50 cms in length, with a 15cm area at each end which can be used to tie the tube.

To activate place in water for 15 minutes and then chill or freeze before wearing.
